Ravindra Yadav founded Yadav Automation in 2011 after spending a decade working in the industrial manufacturing sector in Rajasthan and NCR. He identified a critical gap: multinational factories in India were forced to import industrial doors from Europe and Japan at 3–5x the price of what could be manufactured locally — without any real quality compromise. Starting with a small workshop in Neemrana's RIICO industrial area, he built the company product by product, client by client. Today, Yadav Automation serves some of India's largest multinational manufacturers, delivering products that meet international standards at a fraction of the cost of imported alternatives. Ravindra continues to lead the engineering team personally on every complex project.
