What Yadav Entrance Automation does

Yadav Entrance Automation Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian manufacturer of industrial entrance automation equipment, operating since 2011 from a plant at Neemrana, Rajasthan. We design, build, install and service doors, shutters, gates, barriers, dock equipment and lifts for factories, warehouses, cold stores and commercial buildings, and have completed more than 500 installations across over 50 cities.

Sixteen product lines, built in India

Every line below is manufactured at Neemrana and installed by our own engineers. Follow any line for the full range, technical detail and an enquiry form.

How to choose the right industrial door

The decision is usually driven by three things: how often the opening is used, what it has to separate, and how much room there is around it. This table maps the common cases.

ProductChoose it whenHow it behavesTypical use
High-speed doorMany cycles a day; separating temperature or air zonesOpens in seconds, reducing the time the opening is uncoveredCold storage, freezer rooms, clean rooms, busy internal openings
Rolling shutterA few cycles a day; securing a perimeter openingCoils above the opening, so it needs little side-roomFactory entrances, godowns, shopfronts, service yards
Sectional overhead doorInsulation matters and floor space is tightPanels lift and sit under the roof, clear of the openingLoading bays, workshops, temperature-controlled areas
Fire-rated doorThe opening is in a fire compartment lineRated construction with self-closing and panic hardwareEscape routes, plant rooms, compartment walls
Automatic sliding doorPedestrian traffic, hands-free entrySensor-operated leaves, hermetic options for controlled areasOffices, hospitals, pharmaceutical and clean areas
Sliding or swing gateVehicle access at the site perimeterTracked, cantilever or telescopic to suit the run availablePlant entrances, warehouse yards, campus perimeters
Boom barrierControlling vehicle lanes rather than securing themFast arm movement, integrates with RFID and ANPRParking entries, toll lanes, gatehouse lanes

Measurements worth having before you enquire

  • Clear opening width and height — the actual daylight opening, not the wall opening.
  • Lintel or headroom — the space above the opening, which decides whether a shutter or a sectional door fits.
  • Side-room — free wall each side of the opening for guide rails or motors.
  • Power supply at the opening — 230V single-phase or 415V three-phase, 50 Hz.
  • Daily cycle count — how many times the opening is used in a shift.
  • Temperature, fire-rating or hygiene requirement, if the opening has one.

Standards, materials and electricals

What we build to, and what that means in practice on an Indian industrial site.

Certification

  • ISO 9001 — our quality management system is certified to it.
  • CE marking on applicable products. CE is a manufacturer's declaration that a product meets the relevant European requirements, not a quality grade.
  • Make in India — manufactured at our own plant rather than imported and rebadged.
  • GST registered, so purchase and input credit follow the normal route.

Materials and standards referenced

  • IS 2062 structural steel sections for fabrication, gates and structures.
  • IS 6248 for metal rolling shutters.
  • EN 1634 fire-resistance testing as the reference for fire-rated door construction.
  • Galvanised and epoxy finishes chosen against the site environment — coastal, chemical or general industrial.
  • Insulated panels where the opening separates temperature zones.

Electrical supply

  • 230V single-phase, 50 Hz for lighter-duty motorised equipment.
  • 415V three-phase, 50 Hz for higher-duty and larger openings.
  • Manual release so equipment can be operated during a power cut.
  • Safety photocells, safety edges and limit switches specified per product on the approved drawing.

What happens after you request a quote

Six steps, and you approve the drawing before anything is manufactured.

  1. Enquiry. You send the opening sizes, the site location and the application. An engineer picks it up, not an auto-responder.
  2. Site survey. We measure the clear opening, lintel, side-room and power position, and check how the opening is actually used.
  3. Technical drawing and quote. You get a drawing showing the equipment, the safety schedule and the electrical requirement, with a written delivery date.
  4. Manufacture at Neemrana. Built to the approved drawing, to the measured opening rather than a catalogue size.
  5. Installation and commissioning. Fitted and commissioned by our own team, then tested through its full travel with the safety devices live.
  6. Handover and service. Operating instructions on site, then spares and service through the nearest team.

Frequently asked questions

The questions buyers actually ask us before placing an order. Still stuck? Talk to an engineer.

What does Yadav Entrance Automation manufacture?

We manufacture industrial entrance automation equipment across 16 product lines: high-speed doors, rolling shutters, fire-rated doors, sectional overhead doors, automatic doors, sliding and swing gates, boom barriers, parking and access-control systems, dock levellers, loading bay equipment, scissor lifts, goods lifts, gate motors and steel fabrication. Everything is built in India at our Neemrana plant.

Where is your manufacturing facility?

Our plant is at Neemrana, Rajasthan, on the Delhi-Jaipur NH-48 industrial corridor. It is within easy reach of Gurugram and Delhi NCR, so site visits and plant inspections are straightforward for most North India clients. We also run sales and service teams in Delhi NCR and Gujarat. Call ahead to schedule a plant visit.

Which cities and states do you serve?

We serve clients across North and West India from the Neemrana plant, with teams in Delhi NCR and Gujarat. Installations to date cover more than 50 cities, concentrated in the Delhi-Jaipur corridor, Haryana, Rajasthan and Gujarat. For sites outside these regions, tell us the location when you request a quote and we will confirm coverage before quoting.

How long has the company been operating?

Yadav Entrance Automation Pvt. Ltd. has been manufacturing entrance automation equipment since 2011. Over that period we have completed more than 500 installations across upwards of 50 cities. The company is ISO 9001 certified, holds CE marking on applicable products, is GST registered and manufactures under Make in India.

What power supply do your motorised products need?

Standard supply is 230V single-phase or 415V three-phase at 50 Hz, which matches normal Indian industrial mains. The correct option depends on the product, the door size and the duty cycle. Our engineers confirm the electrical requirement in the technical drawing before manufacture, so the electrical contractor can plan the supply and isolator position in advance.

Which standards do you build to?

Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001. Applicable products carry CE marking. Steel fabrication uses IS 2062 structural sections, rolling shutters follow IS 6248, and fire-rated door construction references EN 1634 fire-resistance testing. Where a project specifies a particular standard or a third-party inspection, tell us at enquiry stage so it is written into the drawing.

How do I choose between a high-speed door and a rolling shutter?

Choose on cycle frequency and what the opening has to separate. High-speed doors open and close in seconds and suit openings used many times a day, or where you are holding temperature between zones. Rolling shutters suit perimeter and security openings used a few times a day. Where both apply, many plants fit a shutter outside and a high-speed door inside.

Do you handle installation, or only supply?

We manufacture, install and commission. A typical project runs as a site survey, a technical drawing for your approval, manufacture at Neemrana, delivery, installation and commissioning by our own team, and handover with operating instructions. We do not sub-contract installation of our own equipment, because the fit of a door to an opening determines how long it lasts.

Can you work to a non-standard opening size?

Yes. Most industrial openings are non-standard, and equipment is made to the measured opening rather than to a catalogue size. We take the clear width, clear height, lintel and side-room available on site, then confirm the achievable size in the drawing. Tell us the approximate opening dimensions with your enquiry so the first quote is realistic.

What safety features are included?

Motorised equipment is supplied with the safety devices appropriate to the product, which commonly include safety photocells across the opening, a bottom safety edge, limit switches and manual release for use during a power cut. Vehicle barriers and gates can additionally take loop detectors. The exact safety schedule is listed on the technical drawing you approve before manufacture.

Do you supply for cold storage and clean rooms?

Yes. Cold storage and freezer applications use insulated or purpose-built high-speed doors to limit temperature loss at the opening. Clean-room and pharmaceutical applications use hermetic and clean-room door types. These are different products with different sealing behaviour, so tell us the operating temperature and any hygiene requirement when you enquire.

How long does manufacture and delivery take?

Lead time depends on the product and whether the opening is standard or bespoke. Steel fabrication scopes such as gates and railings typically run two to three weeks, while larger structures run longer. Because lead time moves with material availability and order book, we confirm a delivery date in writing with the quote rather than quoting a general figure.

Do you provide service and spares after installation?

Yes. We supply spares and service for the equipment we manufacture, including motors, control panels, photocells, remotes and loop detectors. Preventive maintenance matters most on high-cycle equipment, where wear is a function of cycles rather than age. Tell us the site and the equipment when you contact us and we will route it to the nearest service team.

What information do you need to give me a quote?

At minimum: the product type, the clear opening width and height, the site location, and how many openings. Useful extras are the available side-room and lintel, the power supply at the opening, the daily cycle count, and any temperature, fire-rating or hygiene requirement. The enquiry form on this site asks for these directly, and you can attach details in the message field.

Do you work with main contractors and consultants?

Yes. We supply directly to end users and also work as a vendor to main contractors, PMCs and design consultants on industrial projects. For tendered work we can provide technical drawings, product data and the compliance documentation the specification calls for. Send the relevant specification clause with your enquiry so the quote is aligned to it from the start.

How do I request a quote?

Use the enquiry form on this page or on any product page, and the details reach our team directly. You can also call or send a WhatsApp message on +91 95492 20707, or email sales@yadaventranceautomation.com. If you already have drawings or a specification, mention it and an engineer will come back to you rather than a generic reply.
