Manufacturing
Plant rooms, compartment walls and escape routes in Delhi industrial units.

Delhi · served from Gurugram & Neemrana
Steel fire-rated doors, emergency exit doors and panic hardware for Delhi plants, warehouses and commercial buildings. Built at our Neemrana works and installed across Delhi by our Gurugram team.
A fire-rated door is a tested assembly — leaf, frame, hardware and installation together — that resists fire for a stated period. The rating is a property of that tested combination, which is why substituting hardware or fixings on site can void it. We manufacture fire doors at our Neemrana works and install across Delhi from our Gurugram office, fitting to the tested detail rather than to whatever is on the van.
The range, numbered

Single-leaf rated assembly for plant rooms, risers and compartment walls.
View steel fire door
Wide openings needing a rated assembly with matched closing sequence.
View double-leaf fire door
Escape-route door that opens under pressure from inside without a key.
View emergency exit door
Rated leaf fitted with push-bar panic hardware for escape routes.
View panic-bar fire door
Combines the escape function with a tested fire-resistance period.
View fire-rated exit door
For wide industrial openings in a compartment line where a swing leaf will not fit.
View fire-rated rolling shutterSpecify the right one
Driven by where the opening sits in the fire strategy and whether people escape through it.
| Assembly | Choose it when | Typical use | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Steel fire door | A standard single leaf in a compartment line | Plant rooms, risers | |
| Double-leaf fire door | The opening is too wide for one leaf | Corridors, equipment routes | |
| Emergency exit door | People escape through the opening | Escape routes, assembly areas | |
| Panic-bar fire door | Escape route that also needs a fire rating | Stairwells, final exits | |
| Fire-rated exit door | Both functions in one tested assembly | Protected escape corridors | |
| Fire-rated rolling shutter | A wide industrial opening in a compartment line | Warehouse compartment walls |
Why the shortlist ends here
A plant purchase manager checks four things: do they supply plants like mine, are they close enough to service me, can they build what I need, and will someone answer the phone. Here is how Yadav answers all four.
Get a quoteLeaf, frame, hardware and fixing were tested together. Changing any of them on site can invalidate the rating even when the replacement looks equivalent.
A door on an escape route must open under pressure from inside without a key. That is a hardware decision, not an afterthought.
Fire doors close themselves by design. Propping one open defeats the assembly completely.
Panels, louvres and letter plates are only permitted where the tested assembly included them.
If a rating or standard is named in your tender, send the clause with the enquiry so it is written into the drawing rather than discovered at handover.
Where these go to work
Plant rooms, compartment walls and escape routes in Delhi industrial units.
Compartment lines and escape doors in distribution buildings.
Escape routes and rated separations in controlled buildings.
Switch rooms, transformer rooms and cable galleries.
Offices, campuses and public buildings needing rated escape routes.
Peer proof, not promises
Japanese and European plants audit a supplier before they place an order. These are plants in your corridor that cleared us and buy their entrance automation from Neemrana.

Yadav Entrance Automation Pvt. Ltd. manufactures steel fire-rated doors at its works at Neemrana, Rajasthan and serves Delhi from its Sales & Corporate Office at Sector 83, Gurugram, which covers Delhi and the wider NCR corridor. We have been manufacturing entrance automation equipment since 2011.
A fire-rated door is a tested assembly — leaf, frame, hardware and installation together — that resisted fire for a stated period in a standard test. The rating belongs to that tested combination rather than to the steel, which is why site substitutions can void it.
We quote per project rather than publishing a price, because the figure moves with the rating required, the leaf size, the hardware schedule and the vision-panel detail. Send the opening sizes and the specification clause and an engineer returns a drawing and a written quotation.
Yes. Delhi is covered from our Gurugram office, alongside the rest of the NCR and Haryana corridor including Gurugram, Manesar, Bhiwadi, Bawal, Faridabad and Noida. Manufacturing itself is at Neemrana on the Delhi-Jaipur NH-48 corridor.
Our nearest office to Delhi is the Sales & Corporate Office at Ansal Hub 83, Sector 83, Gurugram, Haryana, and the works are at Neemrana, Rajasthan. Delhi sites are surveyed, installed and serviced by the Gurugram team rather than from premises inside Delhi.
It describes how the complete assembly behaved in a standard test for a stated period. It is not a property of the material. Replacing hinges, closers, locks or fixings with items outside the tested detail can invalidate the rating even when the substitute looks equivalent.
EN 1634 is the standard commonly referenced for fire-resistance testing of door assemblies. Our manufacturing is ISO 9001 certified and products are CE marked where applicable. If your tender names a specific standard, send the clause with the enquiry.
Panic hardware is a push-bar that lets a door open under pressure from inside without a key, so people can escape without operating a handle or lock. It is used on escape routes. Whether your opening needs it is set by the building's fire strategy, not by preference.
Yes — a fire door only works if it is shut when a fire starts, so self-closing devices are part of the assembly. Propping one open defeats it entirely. Where a door must stand open in normal use, hold-open devices that release on alarm are the correct approach.
Only where the tested assembly included one. Panels, louvres and letter plates all change how the assembly behaves in a fire, so they are permitted only in the sizes and positions that were tested. Tell us at enquiry stage if you need one.
A fire door resists fire for a stated period. An emergency exit door lets people escape without a key. They are different functions and a single opening may need both, which is what a fire-rated exit door provides in one tested assembly.
Yes, for openings too wide for a single leaf. Double-leaf assemblies need a matched closing sequence so the leaves shut in the right order, which is part of the tested detail rather than an adjustment made on site.
Yes, for wide industrial openings sitting in a fire compartment line where a swing leaf will not fit. These are tested assemblies with automatic descent. They are specified differently from a standard shutter, so tell us the rating required at enquiry stage.
Clear opening width and height — the structural opening and the clear opening are not the same — plus the wall construction, the direction of escape, and any rating named in the specification. Send the specification clause if you have one; it removes most of the back and forth.
We manufacture, install and commission with our own team. On fire doors this matters more than on most products, because the rating depends on the assembly being installed to the tested detail, including the fixings and the gap around the frame.
It depends on the rating, the leaf size and the hardware schedule, and it moves with material availability and the order book. We confirm a delivery date in writing with the quotation rather than quoting a general lead time.
Yes, through the Gurugram team. We supply genuine spares and offer Annual Maintenance Contracts. On fire doors the items that need checking are the closers, the latching, the seals and whether anything has been propped open or swapped since handover.
Yes. We supply end users directly and act as a vendor to main contractors, PMCs and design consultants. We are GST registered and manufacture under Make in India. For tendered work we can provide drawings, product data and the compliance documentation the specification calls for.
Sometimes, and it depends on what was originally installed and what evidence exists for it. Where the original tested detail is unknown, the honest answer is to supply a new tested assembly rather than claim a rating we cannot support.
Check that the closer still shuts the door fully onto the latch, that seals are intact, that nothing has been propped or wedged, and that hardware has not been swapped for unrated items. These are the failures found most often, and none of them are visible from a distance.
